ICSI typically installs foundations and slabs for new and existing facilities, but also has the capability to perform excavation, demolition and turnkey foundation installation. ICSI was founded in October 2013 out of a need and a demand for higher quality work on projects that involved more rigorous safety requirements than other contractors were providing. Since then, ICSI has performed work in seven different states, installing foundations and slabs for a wide range of projects.
With a wide range of provided services, extensive experience and exceptional safety training; ICSI has proven to provide work that keeps relationships with customers for future needs. Our superintendents average 30+ years of experience each, plus our project management is done in house. With this, our expertise, communication and organization between field and office personnel ensures projects run smoothly to provide precise and noteworthy work for customers’ needs.
